What is check in / out time?

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm and departures are between 8am and 10am.

Do you allow group bookings?

No, we don’t allow group bookings.

What do I need to bring?

Our pods are fully fitted with home essentials so all you need to bring are your clothes and food.

Can we have visitors?

Our glamping site is for the sole use of guests no visitors are allowed.

Are Pets allowed in pods?

Our glamping site is not suitable for pets due to livestock in adjoining fields.

How many can a pod sleep?

Our pods have a double bed and a sofa bed accommodating 2 adults and 2children or 3 adults

Can we have a campfire?

Shays Farm does not allow any firepits or burning of wood due to the woodland surrounding park.

Are the pods heated?

Yes, there is one radiator in the bathroom and one in the open living area.

Can we book a Stag/Hen doo at Shays Farm?

Unfortunately, Shays Farm Glamping is not suitable for group bookings.

What is the minimum stay?

Our minimum stay is 2 nights midweek or 3 nights over a weekend.

We have friends staying on your park can they spend time with us at our pod and in our hot tub?

Our glamping area is for the sole use of glamping guests only we do not allow visitors in this area.

How often is the hot tub cleaned?

Each hot tub is completely drained, fully cleaned and then refilled between every set of pod guests. This is to ensure all guests can rest assured knowing the cleanliness and water quality is perfect and ready for their stay. During your stay we will check your hot tub twice daily.
